  Roni Fields-Moonen has been a freelance artist since 1999, decorating sets, styling food, props, wardrobe, hair and makeup for commercials, websites, television, print advertisements, editorial fashion layouts, weddings, as well as wardrobe and style consulting.


   Based in Las Vegas, she has been FOOD STYLING for major Las Vegas hotels (including, Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, The Flamingo, The Palms, The Venetian, The Palms, The Stratosphere, The Mirage) national companies (Nutri-System, Bombay Sapphire, Ethel M Chocolates Bacci Chocolates), restaurants (including Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill, Michael Mina’s Pub 1842 and Rick Moonen’s RM Seafood) and magazines,  HMU for HGTV show Vacation House for Free, SET DECORATOR for a VH1 Reality Show Model Employee, and FOOD PHOTOGRAPHER, SPECIAL EVENTS, INTERIOR DECORATOR RX BOILER ROOM at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.


    In SW Florida she worked as a wardrobe and style consultant for Hyatt Brands and WINK-TV, did hair and makeup for FOX News, styled food for Cooking Light Magazine, styled wardrobe for national publication The Kiplinger Report, produced national print advertisements for Anheuser Busch “Icehouse” and Bayer Pharmaceuticals “Betaseron”, headed hair and makeup team for LEVI’S national fashion show.


    Roni began her career in the fashion and beauty industry as a teen model. Appearing in many print advertisements and runway shows for national and local clients throughout the Saint Louis-Metro area. She attended SWIC and SIUC, majoring in Fine Art and Design. She apprenticed for Casablanca Hair Salon and Vivianne Woodard Makeup Studios in the St. Louis area and also went on to style and direct photoshoots for John Casablanca’s Model and Talent Agency. After relocating to SW Florida she continued to model for clients such as Saks 5th Avenue, RJ Reynolds, Garnett Hill, BASS, and BMW. She also worked as ART DIRECTOR for regional publication, Gulfshore Life Magazine and as the West Coast FASHION DIRECTOR for Palm Beach Media Group for their publications Naples Illustrated Magazine and Tampa Bay Illustrated Magazine.


    During her career she has produced more than 50 magazine covers through either, art direction, wardrobe styling or makeup and hair styling. Roni recently completed decorating and design consultation on Desert Companion’s “Las Vegas’ Best New Restaurant”, Rx Boiler Room, a steampunk-victorian inspired eatery. She also did the set decorating for 2013 Season of “Model Employee”, set at Mandalay Bay and hosted by Chrissy Tiegen. She has done hair and makeup for many celebrities and personalities such as Florida Governor, Rick Scott, Minnesota Twins Manager Ron “Gardy” Gardenhire, Celebrity Chef Rick Moonen of RM Seafood/Las Vegas, FOX News anchor/host Sean Hannity, News analyst anchor/host Brent Hume, Tennis pros Stefan Edberg, Bjorn Borg and Boris Becker; Media personality, Willard Scott; Cheers regular, John Ratzenburger; as well as professional golfers, Rocco Mediate, Dustin Johnson, Sean O’Hair, Jason Day, Ryan Moore and Johnson Wagner, to name a few. She’s also interviewed celebrity fashion designers for print such as Michael Kors of Project Runway; Bill Blass designer and author Michael Vollbrach; luxury bag designers Richard Lambertson and John Truex of Lambertson & Truex. She has also done hair, makeup, costume consultation, special effects makeup on short film for Starlight Runner Productions under the direction of internationally known artist and Sayoc combat choreographer, Rafael Kayanan. She has also worked with many international photographers including, cutting-edge Cinematographer/Director Mark Kohl, Barry Kinsella, award-winning photojournalist Phillipe Diederich and award-winning director Lou Hernandez.
